Shipping Policy
Free delivery worldwide. Estimates, duties and your rights, stated plainly.

Free delivery on every order
Standard delivery is free on all Calvieri orders, to every destination we serve, with no minimum spend. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within [1–2] business days. Orders placed after [15:00 CET] on a Friday or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
A dispatch confirmation with tracking is sent by email when the carrier collects the parcel.

Delivery times
Estimates below run from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.
These are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed dates. Peak periods, customs inspection and carrier disruption can extend them.

Tracking
Track your parcel using the number in your dispatch email at [LINK DA PAGINA DE RASTREIO].
A pause of [2–3] days in tracking is normal while a parcel transfers between carriers or clears customs. If there is no movement for more than [7] business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

Duties, taxes and VAT
European Union — all prices include VAT. Nothing further is payable on delivery.
Outside the European Union — import duty, VAT and handling fees may be charged by your customs authority. These are set by your country, are not collected by Calvieri, and are payable by the recipient.
If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the goods but may deduct the return carriage actually incurred.

Delivery addresses
We deliver only to the address given at checkout. Check it carefully — once collected by the carrier, a parcel cannot be redirected.

Failed or refused delivery
Carriers make [2–3] delivery attempts before returning a parcel to a collection point, where it is usually held for [7–14] days.
If a parcel returns to us because it was not collected or the address was incorrect, we will contact you. We can resend it at no charge [uma vez / mediante custo de reenvio de [VALOR]], or refund the goods.

Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and look for a carrier card, then contact us within [7] days. We will file a claim with the carrier.
If goods arrive damaged, contact support@calvieri.com with photographs. We arrange free collection and replace or refund in full, at your choice.

Your rights if delivery is late
Under Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, if we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, or within any additional period you reasonably set, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund without undue delay.
